Finally, true loft living brought to the desert. Cosmopolitan Towers is a 21 story high rise in the arts district of Phoenix. Restaurant and retail space on the first floor, not conveniently around the corner or down the street, conveniently down the elevator. The remaining floors are all lofts, not apartments with living rooms, dens, and bedrooms; lofts. Open spaces with ten foot ceilings and floor to beam windows. Create your own unique habitat; your loft is delivered to you ready for customization. You may choose to live in the industrial feel or it is ready for your decorator touch with no demolition needed.

They will be delivered with bare concrete floors, walls with exposed electrical conduit, and ceilings with exposed ductwork. Every unit has at least one balcony; the larger corner units have three! The floors are 6” thick rebar reinforced concrete. Buyers are encouraged to add an improvement allowance into their loans, resulting in each loft being unique. Each unit will be customized by the owner’s taste and budget, the plans dictate where the kitchen and bathroom will be, and everything else is left to the owner’s creativity.
